It's a common experience to start your own business and feel bogged down by the scheduling and administrative tasks that take time and energy away from focusing on what you love to do.

 

The administrative side of things is my passion, and I would love to take some of those things off of your plate - freeing up time and energy for you and ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for your clients.

I started out wanting to do hands-on work to improve the lives of animals and people. I got an associate's degree in Zoo Animal Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and really enjoyed the time I spent working as a veterinary technician and as a group living counselor in residential treatment. However, I came to realize that the areas of those jobs that I enjoyed and excelled in the most in were the scheduling/logistics side of things. I love making things run smoothly! 

I realized I could use those administrative skills to reduce stress for the professionals I work with and create a fantastic experience for their clients. I got a certificate in business administration with a concentration in human resources management and have since done scheduling, HR, recruiting and administrative assisting work for doctors, veterinarians, large tech companies, tech entrepreneurs and in-home health care companies.
